The trailer of Pathaan is trending and how. The film, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, released its trailer on Tuesday and it was quick to navigate its way to the top of trends list.
Ram Charan, who is in Los Angeles for the Golden Globes (which will be held tomorrow morning), saw the Pathaan trailer and applauded the film’s cast, particularly lead actor Shah Rukh Khan. “Best regards to the whole #Pathaan crew! Sir Shah Rukh Khan, I’m excited to watch you in action scenes you’ve never seen before! #PathaanTrailer, “You may see Ram Charan’s tweet here.
Soon after, “Thank you so much, Ram Charan, my Mega Power Star. Please let me touch Oscar when your RRR team delivers it to India. (Mee RRR team Oscar ni intiki tecchinappudu okkasaari nannu daanini daanini touch cheyyanivvandi). I adore you.”
RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, has applied for consideration in various Oscar categories and is one of 301 films eligible for the prizes.
SRK commented on the trailer: “Pathaan aa raha hai mehemaan nawaazi ke liye pataakhen bhi saath laa raha hai! The #PathaanTrailer is now out! (Pathaan is on his way to meet the visitors, and he’s carrying fireworks with him).
Meanwhile, RRR has been nominated in 2 categories – for Best Foreign Film, and the film’s track Naatu Naatu has been nominated for Best Original Song at this year’s Golden Globe Awards.
In Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone unite to fight the brutal forces – a private terror group, led by John Abraham. The film is about to release on 25th January, 2023.
