Olivia Jade Attwood (born 2 May 1991) is a British television personality, model, and presenter. She debuted on the third season of Love Island in 2017 and then became a regular cast member on the ITVBe reality show The Only Way Is Essex. She appeared for Series 22 of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in November 2022, but withdrew two days later due to medical reasons.
I’m Famous… Get Me Out Of Here! Olivia Attwood, a campmate, was reportedly forced to leave the jungle after 24 hours owing to’strict restrictions.’ Following a medical crisis, the Love Island star really wanted to return to the jungle, but management refused. The programme has stringent covid guidelines, and ITV executives reportedly feared she may infect the other celebs.
According to one account, “she could tell it was an untenable position.” It was stated that she would have to spend a week in isolation before being allowed to return to the campground, which would be ‘impossible.’ ITV has refused to comment on Olivia’s departure.
“It was considered this would be too much time away from the competition and could put her campmates at a disadvantage against her,” a source told The Sun. “Olivia would have been going back in practically midway through the series, which simply wasn’t fair,” they continued.
However, a close friend of Olivia has stated that her departure has nothing to do with Covid restrictions, adding, “The show is extremely covid safe, but the so-called bubble is not the same as it was in Wales.” On the first day, Mike Tindall was observed attempting to toss a production member into the water. He hugged her and made eye contact with her without saying anything.
“Olivia wasn’t feeling ill or unwell; she was fine.” Something came up that concerned the show’s medical team, and things escalated from there.
