India’s Intelligence agencies were backed up and supported by International sources as they supplied essential information to the Indian agencies. Even so, the government of California hasn’t yet issued any sort of official statement on this situation.
According to the reports, enough evidence and information against Goldie Brar has been found as he is being held in charge. This information is amassed to the intelligence agencies such as RAW, IB, Delhi Police special cell, and Punjab Intelligence.
This information was announced by Punjab’s Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He addressed a press conference stating that the gangster Goldie Brar who was absconded to Canada is now imprisoned in California.
Bal Kaur Singh, the father of Sidhu Moose Wala, announced a bounty of Rs 2 crore on whoever provides accurate information about Goldie Brar.
Who is Goldy Brar?
Goldy Brar was a supporter of a well known gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He was even involved in an extortion racket. It was even said that he had an active participation in the murder of Gurlal Pehalwan. Gurlal was the Youth Congress Leader.
Goldy Brar had a cousin named Gurlal Brar (not to be confused with Gurlal Pehalwan). Gurlal, Goldy and Lawrence were close aides of each other. But after the murder of Gurlal Brar in Chandigarh’s Industrial area outside a disco, Goldy was infuriated and wanted to avenge his death. Hence, he murdered Gurlal Pehalwan who was the Youth Congress Leader of Faridkot.
When the police force announced Brar as the prime culprit in this case. And when Brar got to know this he absconded to Canada. Later on, he kept his operations active from there.
According to the police reports it is said that Goldy hires hitmen and hit squads to carry out his operations along with Bishnoi who is now imprisoned in Tihar Jail.
