Dawyne Johnson reveals the experience or the life lesson’s learnt from the “Black Adam“.
Following a series of changes at Warner Bros., it is now definite that “Black Adam” will not be included in the first phase of DC’s new chapter, since plans for a sequel have been cancelled.
After speaking with filmmaker James Gunn and producer Peter Safran, Dwayne Johnson, who plays the modern-day superhero, confirmed the “long-awaited” news on Twitter.
“Black Adam will not be in their initial chapter of storytelling,” Johnson said in a long statement released on Tuesday. “However, DC and Seven Bucks have agreed to keep looking into the most useful ways Black Adam may be used in future DC universe volumes.”
While the decision is upsetting, Johnson assures supporters that he “will always root for DC (and Marvel) to win and WIN BIG.”
“I’m incredibly pleased of the film we created for people all across the world after 15 years of persistent hard work. I will always remember the fan reaction to Black Adam with thanks, humility, and love “He stated.
“I love you, THANK YOU, and I will ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOU and try my best to provide and delight you, my extremely passionate and loud Black Adam/Super Hero genre fans.”

Gunn also verified the revelation on social media, saying he is shocked “I’m always curious to see what (Johnson) and Seven Bucks come up with next. I can’t wait to work with you soon.”
The announcement comes only one week after Henry Cavill said on Instagram that he will not be repeating his role as Superman. “I just met with James Gunn and Peter Safran, and I have bad news for everyone. After all, I won’t be returning as Superman… The changing of the guard is a common occurrence. “I respect that,” tweeted the actor who played Superman in “Man of Steel” in 2013, “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 2016, and “Justice League” in 2017.
That same week, filmmaker Patty Jenkins stated that the third chapter of “Wonder Woman” will not be produced by DC Films.
