Dholera SIR’s First Activation Zone Construction Nears Finish

DICDL, a Greenfield industrial smart city, arranged a land auction to sell a real estate plot in DSIR. In this auction, DICDL wanted to find a buyer for a piece of land in Dholera SIR. Gap Associates & BMS Projects with SUN Realty Partnership also obtained a 99-year lease for 42,241 square meters of land. They successfully secured the lease during this partnership.
Moreover, the winning bid during the land sale totaled approximately Rs 17.42 crore. This means each square meter is valued at Rs 4,125. Furthermore, as per the GDCR of Dholera SIR, the maximum allowable FSI for this site is 5.
A DSIR senior official assigned 228 acres for tourism and recreation activities in the region. This aims to boost tourism and develop recreational activities in the region. As a result, this allocation aims to improve the area’s infrastructure and speed up economic development.
Additionally, DICDL released an e-auction notification. This notification is for a residential plot in DSIR’s High Access Corridor Zone under town planning scheme 2A. This notice aims to attract potential buyers for the residential plot.
Furthermore, Dholera, situated about 100 km southwest of Ahmedabad, offers open land parcels of up to 150 hectares. Moreover, DICDL guarantees a fast process of assigning land, completing it within just 17-20 days.
