Devara’s review so far…
So far, Devara, with Jr. NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, has triggered balanced reviews. The movie’s pillars are its big and epic visuals, action sequences, and reduced Junior NTR’s intense two-toned performance which is highly praised. It has been stated that the main advantage of his character was revealed, making fans giddy because of his appearance.
But, the proposed script has been delivered with accusations of lack of a rich plot and numerous characters, which will fit the movie and make it emotionally shallow. Many found the product impressive concerning the visuals; however, others were disappointed with the VFX and music aspect of the film though they seem to have been expecting a great deal more.
The first half is full of fights with the pirates and the second half adds more dimensions but is spectacularly predictable like a Baahubali replica in some points of the plot.
Nonetheless, critics have been harsh on Jr. NTR while the common public has appreciated his effort and such critics are looking forward to a blockbuster movie. All in all, Devara can be a better choice for the action lovers, Meanwhile, other lovers can be disappointed with the thin plot of the game.
