Speaking at the second teaser release of Bholaa event, Ajay Devgn wished that Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan is a success. He also sang praises for the film.
By Grace Cyril: Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa will premiere on March 30 this year. The superstar is busy promoting the film these days. The second teaser of the Kaithi remake, also starring Tabu, drops today, January 24. Ajay was at the film’s teaser launch in Mumbai where he also sang praises for Shah Rukh Khan’s film Pathaan. Ajay wished that Pathaan emerges as a huge success.

Speaking at the Bholaa event in Mumbai, Ajay Devgn said, “When Drishyam 2 emerged as a superhit, I often told people that we need more such films that get similar response. The coldness in theatres that happened amid the pandemic made people want to come back more. Let’s keep fingers crossed. I wish whichever films release should be a super duper hit. The whole industry is one. Pathaan is also getting such a fantastic response so I am very happy.”

Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham have come together for the first time in Pathaan. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. It is the fourth installment in the YRF Spy Universe. The movie is scheduled for release on January 25, 2023, with Republic Day weekend along with dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen as Pathaan, a RAW field agent, in the film. The music of Pathaan is composed by Vishal–Shekhar and score is composed by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara.
ABOUT BHOLAA
This movie is an official remake of the 2019 Tamil film, Kaithi, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Bholaa is directed by Ajay Devgn and produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Reliance Entertainment, T-Series Films and Dream Warrior Pictures. Bholaa revolves around the story of a father, who is an ex-convict, on the search to meet his daughter after leaving prison. However, he is interrupted due to a drug raid.

After the release of Bholaa, Ajay Devgn will be seen in Boney Kapoor’s Maidaan. The film is directed by Amit Sharma and co-produced by Zee Studios. The music of the film is composed by AR Rahman. Ajay will be seen playing the role of Syed Abdul Rahim in the film. The movie is all set to release in cinemas on May 12, 2023.
